California Fitness has 6 different locations to serve you and offers 3 levels of intensity to match your individual training level.  Each location features babysitting services. Be sure to check the respective schedules for more details.

 

Level 1 - Beginner or light exercise

Where cardio is about 20-22 minutes. These classes offer simple movements and patterns; basic, yet fun!

 

Level 2 - Moderate to intense exercise

Where cardio lasts for 22-35 minutes. These classes offer more challenging and complex patterns. Participants will be training with weights and tubing to increase strength and endurance.

 

Level 3 - High intensity exercise

Where cardio lasts for 35-50 minutes. These classes offer rigorous strength and endurance training. Recommended 2-3 times a week for maximum results.
